Shipping & Tracking

How long does it take to fulfill and ship my order once it's placed?

98% of the time, we produce the items of the order, pack and ship them within six business days. Note that we produce all the items once ordered. This type of logistics allows us to keep our costs low for you.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

It highly depends where you are. As a rule of thumb, orders for clothing items within the U.S. take 3-7 business days to arrive after being shipped. However, footwear may take longer as some items are shipped from abroad.

I placed an order and I haven't received any confirmation. What is going on?

Our system automatically sends a notification to your email (as long as the email you provided at the time of checkout is correct) as each step is taken (fulfillment, shipping, tracking). So please check your spam folder. Also, add our email to your allow list to receive our emails without issues in the future.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout, which can take up to 4 business days. You will receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us.

Please allow 1 - 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

I'm missing items in my shipment. What should I do?

We may be shipping your order items in different packages, as we may fulfill them from various centers. Please check the status of your order. You can find the tracking information in the same email we sent to you to confirm the shipment.

Do you ship to outside of the United States?

Yes, we do. We apply a weight based fee up to 3 pounds. For shipping above 3 pounds we have a flat fee. Fee is calculated and displayed at the checkout time.
